Les avantages des syst\u00e8mes pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s sont \u00e9vidents dans la r\u00e9habilitation d’une infrastructure vitale qui a d\u00fb \u00eatre rouverte \u00e0 la circulation en seulement neuf mois.<\/h2>\n

Un puissant s\u00e9isme d’une magnitude de 7,1 sur l’\u00e9chelle de Richter a secou\u00e9 la ville de Mexico et ses environs le 19 septembre 2017.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9vastation s’est \u00e9tendue \u00e0 toute la capitale du Mexique. Des milliers de b\u00e2timents se sont effondr\u00e9s ou ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement endommag\u00e9s et plusieurs infrastructures vitales, telles que des routes et des ponts, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9es. Le pont d’Amecameca sur l’autoroute Mexico-Cuautla a \u00e9t\u00e9 l’un d’entre eux, pr\u00e9sentant une d\u00e9faillance structurelle qui a provoqu\u00e9 l’effondrement des remblais.<\/p>\n

Le projet de r\u00e9habilitation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle comprenait le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement du mur de l’acc\u00e8s nord et le d\u00e9marrage rapide de la reconstruction du pont, de sa substructure et de sa superstructure. Le projet comprenait 73 pieux et colonnes en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 in situ, 73 chapeaux de pieux en b\u00e9ton, 125 poutres pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es AASHTO IV, 1008 m3 de tablier en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 (Freyssinet) et des cul\u00e9es mixtes avec murs de sout\u00e8nement utilisant 820 m2 de panneaux en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 en terre renforc\u00e9e (Terre renforc\u00e9e).<\/p>\n

En outre, la rampe d’acc\u00e8s sud du pont pour v\u00e9hicules a \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e par des panneaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s, une solution qui consiste en 1 880 m2 de panneaux en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 sur toute la hauteur, jusqu’\u00e0 8,5 m de haut (terre renforc\u00e9e).<\/p>\n

Les avantages des syst\u00e8mes pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s tels que les panneaux, les poutres et les murs en terre renforc\u00e9e sont apparus clairement lors de la r\u00e9habilitation de cette infrastructure vitale qui devait \u00eatre rouverte \u00e0 la circulation dans un d\u00e9lai de neuf mois seulement : Minimiser le temps de construction tout en garantissant la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 de la structure.<\/p>\n<\/div>
